We coordinate and host your child’s party from start to finish. All you need to do is send the invitations, bring the food, and take the pictures — we’ll handle the rest. Parties can be customized for any age or theme.

Horseback Riding Experience

Each party includes guided riding time in our indoor arena, where guests learn the basics of horseback riding in a controlled, supportive environment.



• Includes 2 horses and 2 assistants
  
• Additional horses available for $75 each
  
• Helmets and supervision provided
  
• Riding activities are age-appropriate and safety-focused
  

Cake, Drinks & Celebration Time

Our team assists with serving cake and drinks so parents can enjoy the moment while kids celebrate with friends.

Clean-Up Assistance

When the party ends, we help load gifts into your car and take care of the clean-up — making the experience easy from start to finish.

Guest Information & Pricing Details

• Party includes up to 15 children
  
• 16–20 guests: additional $50 fee
  
• Parents are always welcome to attend
  
• All guests must wear closed-toe shoes
  
• All riders must sign a release form
  

Reservation & Payment

• $100 cash or check deposit required to reserve the arena
  
• Remaining balance due at the end of the event
  
• Payment accepted by cash or check only

Birthday parties take place at Four Willows Farm’s private Greenwood facility, which includes:



• A 60x150-foot indoor riding arena
  
• Calm, well-trained horses
